About me

Why talking therapy?

Anxiety around intimacy, relationships, or sexual concerns is incredibly common, and the overarching impact that these issues can have on your health and happiness is often underestimated and undervalued.

Forming meaningful and honest connections with people – including yourself - and feeling empowered to truly accept and project how you feel – good and bad - is challenging with sex and relationships being no exception.

Shedding light on the unconscious and bringing new perspectives to your world can be the seed from which healing and personal development grow.

Talking sex and relationship therapy allows you to nurture yourself and/or your relationship in a way that nothing else can.
